- directly on site at 2 Place aux Bois, Annecy at the souvenir shop,
- at the blue ticket offices on the Bayreuth or Napoléon quays.
For children aged 0–3, the fare is €2.
For children aged 4–12, the fare is €14.
Boarding takes place 15 minutes before departure. We recommend arriving early.
