Are there vegetarian or special dietary options available?

Are pets allowed on board?

Pets are allowed on our promenade boats if kept on a leash or in a carrier, with a supplement per animal. However, pets are not permitted on the Libellule restaurant boat for hygiene reasons.

Are seats assigned?

No, passengers are free to choose their seats on board. We recommend booking in advance and arriving early to have the best choice.

How long is a cruise?
  • Discovery Cruise: approx. 1 hour, departs and returns to Annecy
  • Escapade Cruise: approx. 1.5 hours, departs and returns to Annecy
  • Restaurant Cruise: approx. 2 hours, departs and returns to Annecy
Are drinks sold on board?

It depends on the boat:

  • The Cygne offers soft drinks, water, and coffee.
  • Other promenade boats offer only soft drinks.
  • The Libellule restaurant boat has a full drink menu available on board.
Can we eat on board?

No, we do not offer food on our promenade boats.

Are there stops during the cruise?

It depends on the cruise:

  • Discovery and Escapade Cruises, as well as Restaurant Cruises, do not have stops.
  • The Navibus and Direct services do have stops.
What are your opening days?

We are open every day of the year, including holidays and school vacations, both in winter and summer! Our schedules adapt to the season, and the only day we are closed is December 25th.

Are the boats accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM) and wheelchairs?

Some of our boats are accessible with a wheelchair, while others are not. You can check them here. Most of our boats have a few steps, so the person in a wheelchair should be able to stand. Please inform our crew so they can assist and advise you. Contact us at +33 (0)4 50 51 08 40 before booking for more details.

Are there restrooms on board?

Yes, all our boats have restrooms. Some are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
